With RETo (Raiffeisen Expert Tool), the Raiffeisen banks have a modern application integrated into their system landscape that supports their customer advisory process. This multi-client capable and multilingual application is centrally operated from the Raiffeisen headquarter in St. Gallen. It offers the advisors of the around 350 cooperative banks system-supported guidelines for all four advisory topics: investment, housing, provision and pension.
The uniform user interface and high ergonomics of the solution ensure high consulting quality and enable consistent and professional customer documents.
In close cooperation with Raiffeisen, K&W Software AG has developed this state-of-the-art consulting solution over the years into a highly integrated, interdisciplinary and technologically modern consulting platform. The advantages are obvious, as Helmut Dedié, Head of Advisory Systems, explains: «Developments in the bank client business constantly bring with them adjustments of a technical and regulatory nature, as well as continuous technical innovations. Raiffeisen Switzerland continues to rely on the successful cooperation with K&W Software AG and has extended the contracts until the end of 2016. In addition to a team of software engineers and developers for the technical implementation, also business analysts are requested to design solution concepts to new requirements.
